She recently completed her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has since progressed into her current role as Compliance Officer, reflecting her commitment to continuous development and professional growth.

Elishe is passionate about helping and supporting others, and she takes great pride in knowing that her work contributes to positive outcomes and brings smiles to the faces of those she supports.
