Elizabeth Lawel is one of our Part-Time Field Care Supervisors at Right at Home Cardiff & Newport.

Elizabeth is a dedicated care professional with a BSc in Business Administration and over 5 years of experience in banking. She currently works as both a carer and Field Care Supervisor, supporting colleagues and helping ensure that the people we care for receive safe, compassionate and person-centred support.

Why did you get into care?

"I chose to pursue a career in care because I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and use my skills in a role centred around compassion, dignity and supporting others.
