 Heather Kay is a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across the community.

Heather has worked in the care industry since 2021, with experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes. Her hands-on experience has given her a strong understanding of delivering compassionate and tailored care.

Since relocating from the Bristol area to Newport, Heather joined Right at Home and was drawn to the organisation’s strong values and commitment to providing exceptional care. She holds her NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, further demonstrating her dedication to professional development.

Heather is passionate about supporting others and takes pride in being part of a team that consistently strives to deliver the very best outcomes for clients and their families.

Why did you get into care?
