Holly Jones is the Operations Director for Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, bringing over ten years of experience within the care sector and a deep passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred support.

Holly began her journey with Right at Home while studying Education at university, starting as a Care Assistant. Through her dedication and commitment, she progressed through a variety of roles including admin, coordinator, and Registered Manager, gaining a well-rounded understanding of both care delivery and leadership.

Holly’s commitment and impact within the sector have been widely recognised. She was a finalist at the Social Care Leadership Awards 2025 for The Social Value Leader, as well as a finalist in the National Care Awards 2025 for Care Operations/Area Manager of the Year. She has also been recognised at the Regional Great British Care Awards 2025 in the Palliative Care category.

She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting both Clients and Carers, and ensuring every individual receives the highest standard of care. Holly strongly believes in going above and beyond, a value that aligns closely with the ethos of Right at Home.

Why did you get into care?

“I love working in the care industry because I want to make a difference! I enjoy meeting people and doing what I can to ensure they have the best day possible. I especially enjoy working at Right at Home as I feel we go above and beyond every day, and as a company are passionate about giving our all for our clients, something that echoes my own views and values.”
