Jemma Clarke is a valued member of the Right at Home Cardiff & Newport team, currently working within Office & Finance Support and playing an important role in the day-to-day running of the service.

Jemma has been with Right at Home since 2013, beginning her journey as a Care Assistant. She remained in this role for three years, gaining hands-on experience and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Following this, Jemma progressed into a variety of office-based roles, developing her skills and knowledge across the business. Her experience across both care and office environments enables her to bring a well-rounded and supportive approach to her work.

Jemma is passionate about her role and takes great pride in knowing she contributes to making a positive difference in people’s lives every day. She values being part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Why did you get into care?

“I’ve always enjoyed helping others, and working in care gave me the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. Knowing that what I do can positively impact someone’s day is incredibly rewarding.

Even though my role has developed over the years, that feeling of making a difference is still what motivates me every day.”
