Katherine Powell is the Finance Assistant at Right at Home Cardiff & Newport.

Katherine has a varied background, spanning teaching, community support, the facilities industry, and hospitality. She's always enjoyed people-centred industries and she's known for being calm, organised and genuinely people-focused. She likes to make sure that people feel reassured, listened to, and supported through clear communication, a friendly chat or by being a steady and reliable presence.

Outside of work, Katherine is a creative soul who loves painting, drawing, and baking. She's happiest when she's outdoors gardening or exploring new places with her partner and children – usually with a great food stop along the way. At home, life is full of laughter, cosy gaming sessions, and making the most of her rural surroundings. Pilates and mindful movement help her stay grounded, and she brings that same sense of balance and positivity to her role in Right at Home.
