Megan Forshaw is a Care Coordinator for Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, playing an important role in organising and delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community.

Megan has been part of the Right at Home family on and off since the age of 16, gaining experience across a variety of roles within the organisation. This has given her a strong understanding of both the needs of clients and the importance of supporting Carers.

Over time, Megan discovered that the role of Care Coordinator is where her passion truly lies. She takes great pride in ensuring that care is well organised, responsive, and delivered to the highest possible standard, always with the client at the centre.

Megan’s approach reflects her calm, thoughtful nature, and her commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Why did you get into care?

“I’ve always enjoyed being part of a team that helps others. Over the years, I’ve realised how important it is to ensure care is well organised and tailored to each individual.

Being a Care Coordinator allows me to make a real difference behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly so our clients receive the best possible care every day.”
