Rhian Richards is a Senior Care Coordinator at Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of care and supporting both Clients and Carers.

Rhian joined Right at Home at the beginning of 2020 and has quickly progressed within the organisation. She began her journey as a Care Assistant, before moving into the office as a Trainee Care Coordinator, and has since developed into her current role as Senior Coordinator.

Rhian is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring that clients are supported to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. She is equally committed to supporting Carers, helping to ensure they feel valued, supported, and equipped to provide the best possible care.

Her dedication and impact within her role have been recognised at the Regional Great British Care Awards, where she won the Home Care Coordinator Award — a reflection of her commitment, professionalism, and excellence in care coordination.

Why did you get into care?
