Stephanie Jones
Stephanie Jones is the Training & Wellbeing Manager at Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, playing a key role in supporting the development, training, and ongoing growth of the team.
Stephanie began her journey with Right at Home as an Administration Assistant on reception. Through her dedication and passion for the organisation, she progressed into her current role, where she continues to make a positive impact every day.
With a strong background in office-based roles, Stephanie brings valuable experience, organisation, and attention to detail to her position. She is passionate about her work and takes great pride in knowing she has helped support both clients and colleagues by the end of each day.
Stephanie’s commitment to training and workforce development has been recognised at a national level. She was a finalist at the Social Care Leadership Awards 2025 for Workforce Development Leader, and was awarded Bronze in Commitment to Training & Workforce Development at the Wales Care Awards 2024. She has completed the ‘Train the Trainer’ being of the teams trainers to complete the induction training for our new starters.
She is passionate about supporting others to grow and develop within their roles, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable, and confident team.

At the end of the day, knowing I’ve helped someone — even in a small way — is what makes this role so rewarding.”
