Wendy Griffiths

I’m Wendy, and I’m delighted to have joined Right at Home as Business Development Manager.

I’m passionate about people, building genuine relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of others. What particularly attracted me to Right at Home is its strong focus on person-centred care, independence, dignity and treating every client as an individual.

I believe great care starts with understanding the person behind the care needs — their routines, their preferences, the things that are important to them and, most importantly, what helps them feel happy, safe and comfortable in their own home.

In my role, I’ll be working closely with families, healthcare professionals, local organisations and community partners to help raise awareness of the support Right at Home provides and ensure that people know where to turn when they or a loved one needs a little extra help.

For me, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of something that can make a genuine difference to people and their families. Whether that’s helping someone maintain their independence, supporting a family through a difficult decision or simply helping someone feel less alone, the little things really do matter.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, travelling, walking and making memories with the people I love. 

I’m really excited about this new chapter with Right at Home and look forward to getting to know our clients, their families, our wonderful team and the wider community.
