Sarah joined Right at Home Eastbourne & Bexhill after having worked as a Registered Manager for many years with her previous company. With +30 years’ experience in care, she brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and great leadership skills to the role. Her journey in care started with nannying, and from there she moved on to a Senior Support Worker role in a care home in East Sussex. After further expanding her knowledge as a Field Care Supervisor, she had the opportunity to try her hand as a Training and Recruitment Coordinator and Assistant Manager, whilst completing her NVQ 4 in Adult Health and Social Care.
