Wendy Lower

Care Manager

Wendy has a wealth of experience in care management, having managed a group home for adults with learning disabilities and challenging needs for many years before joining JCR and then later working as a registered manager in a mental health and dementia setting.

In addition to the NVQ Registered Managers Award and NVQ 3, she also holds the Assessors CAVA and has trained and mentored care staff in a range of courses during her career. She likes to promote client independence and loves to meet people out in the field, where she can ensure they are receiving the support they require and are reaching the goals they have expressed.
