Our Carers have voted us 5 * Employer for the 3rd consecutive year

Earlier this Spring, our Clients and Carers took part in the network’s anonymous annual satisfaction survey. The survey is an important tool that allows us to understand how well we are supporting both staff and clients, and to identify areas where there is room for improvement.
It is wonderful to be able to share some of the fantastic comments we had, and we are especially proud of the high scores our clients gave us that relate directly to their Carers:
What our Clients said:
· 100% think staff are caring
· 100% feel they are treated with respect and dignity
· 100% feel the carers are trustworthy and dependable
· 100% feel the carers are well matched to your needs
It is also great to see that 98% of responders feel that the care and support they receive allows them to be as independent as possible.
“They are willing to help me with my daily tasks, which enable me to stay in my own home safely. It’s nice knowing which carer is coming and what time. All my carers are pleasant and treat me with respect.”
“I get on really well with my regular carers. They are always kind to me.”
“Totally professional, caring, supportive and responsive to needs of client and requests from family on special occasions e.g. birthdays or meeting up on an outing etc. Give excellent feedback to family.”
What our CareGivers said:
Once again, our response rate has been 100%, with all members of our team taking the time to respond. Whilst the resulting scores are high in all categories, what shines through in particular was how much our Carers enjoy working in care, and appreciate the interaction they have with their Clients.
When asked what the main reason was for them staying in their role, the majority of CareGivers have responded:
“The work – I like what I do” and “My Clients”
