Right at Home UK Crowned Home Care Provider of the Year at Major Industry Awards

We are proud to announce that Right at Home UK has been named ‘Home Care Provider of the Year’ at this year’s Leaders in Care Awards.

Our network was presented with the accolade in the ‘Group’ category, standing out among leading homecare franchisors across the sector.

This award recognises our commitment to strengthening our National Office support model, giving Franchise Owners and their teams clearer strategic guidance and better access to expertise across quality, recruitment, marketing, systems and business development.

Over the last 12 months, we’ve invested heavily in our Business Growth and Marketing capability and now have 38 specialist National Office colleagues supporting 87 local offices to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

Judges were particularly impressed with our recent brand evolution, which includes a new website and digital experience that reflects the premium, life-enriching care we deliver.

This commitment to innovation has strengthened Franchise Owner confidence, sharpened our market position and made it easier for families to recognise the value of high-quality homecare.

The Leaders in Care Awards also recognised our ongoing investment in specialist training, helping more people with complex care needs remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. 

The 2026 awards took place at the Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club on October 7, with 300 industry professionals in attendance.  

Reflecting on Right at Home’s award win, our CEO Lucy Campbell thanked colleagues across the network for their contribution in helping make this achievement possible. 

She said: “What matters most to me is what the award represents: quality, leadership and the collective strength of a network of people who care deeply about getting things right for the people we care for. 

“That includes our Franchise Owners, Registered Managers, office teams, care professionals and the National Office team who support them.” 

Lucy also recognised the high calibre of other care providers shortlisted in the Group Home Care Provider category, including some of the most respected names in the sector.  

“To be recognised alongside them, and ultimately selected as the winner, makes this achievement all the more meaningful,” she said. 

The latest award win adds to a year of impressive achievements for Right at Home UK. In 2026, we received a 5-Star Employer status for the eighth consecutive year from WorkBuzz, an independent employee engagement specialist. 

Forty-four local offices also achieved 5-Star Employer recognition, reflecting the positive experience of thousands of care professionals who feel valued and motivated to build trusted relationships with their Clients.  

Beyond providing high-quality homecare, we've continued to make a positive and lasting difference in the communities we serve. 

Through our partnership with Dementia Adventure, we supported 33 offices to host Big Green Picnic events in 2025, raising more than £24,500 to fund dementia-inclusive holidays and day excursions for people affected by the condition. 

These events brought Clients, families, Carers and local communities together, creating moments of connection, inclusion and joy for people living with dementia.  

We are now working towards raising £40,000 this year.
