Key Responsibilities of an Hourly Care Assistant:
· Provide personal care, assist with meal preparation, and manage medication.
· Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering their connection with the community.
· Assist with light household duties, promoting and encouraging independent living.
· Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through caring and personalised support.
· Document daily activities for clients using a mobile app.
Who We Are Looking For:
· Valid UK driver’s license and access to a car are required.
· Must have the legal right to work and live in the UK.
· Applicants must be 18 years or older.
· Reside within approximately 10 miles of Hemel Hempstead.
Previous care experience is not essential, but a caring nature and strong communication skills are necessary.
