Our leadership team are the people you will most likely speak to when you first contact Right at Home Hemel Hempstead. They are here to help, providing guidance and reassurance from the very beginning of your care journey.

Managing Director, Hesam Resalaty, leads the service with passion and a clear vision for excellence. His focus on quality and community values ensures our Clients always remain at the heart of what we do.

Registered Manager, Cheryl Johnson, oversees the day-to-day delivery of care, maintaining the highest standards and ensuring our Clients receive safe, person-centred support that meets their individual needs.

Deputy Care Manager, Nichola Smith, works closely with both Clients and Care Assistants to ensure the smooth running of our services. Nichola is also a qualified chair-based exercise instructor through HCPA, promoting mobility, wellbeing, and confidence among those we support.

Care Coordinator, Dan Lee, manages the coordination of care schedules and supports our Care Assistants in delivering consistent, high-quality service. His approachable manner and attention to detail help ensure every Client’s care runs seamlessly.
