I began my career in care at the age of 17, and it was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting others. Over the years, I have gained experience working both in the community and in care home settings, supporting individuals living with dementia.

I joined Right at Home Medway in 2023 after starting my own family and wanting to return to a role that I genuinely loved. Since then, I have continued to grow within the company, progressing from Care Assistant to Care Coordinator while remaining committed to providing the highest standard of care and support.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is knowing that I am making a positive difference to people's lives. Looking back, I know my 17-year-old self would be incredibly proud of how far I have come, and I am excited to continue developing my career within health and social care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and creating precious memories together. I also go swimming twice a week to relax and unwind, and I love listening to motivational and personal development podcasts.
