Gillingham Homecare Services
We provide care for many Clients in the ME7 and ME8 postcodes. This covers all parts of Gillingham, including Wigmore, Hempstead Bredhurst, and Rainham where we have many Clients and CareGivers. We are very active in this location and you will often see us with information stands at the Medway Maritime Hospital (https://www.medway.nhs.uk/), or you might see our billboards. Whilst we offer care for adults of all ages, We have a passion for improving the lives of those living with Dementia.
Chatham Care at Home
Our office is located in Lordswood, Chatham, in the heart of the Medway towns. This region offers a very mixed demographic and is host to three universities (http://www.medway.ac.uk/).
We are always contactable and in easy reach of you need to visit us for any reason. We have a high concentration of CareGivers living close by, and as a result are easily able to service your needs anywhere in Chatham, from Lordswood in the south, up to St Mary’s Island and the Historic Dockyard (https://thedockyard.co.uk/) to the north.
We are very active in this part of the community, are recently held a Dementia Awareness Cafe at our office. We invited a Dementia Nurse from Medway Maritime Hospital, a Nutritionist and children from two local schools to help us host the fun session.
Homecare in Rochester
We are privileged to have such a beautiful and historic city in Medway. Whether you live centrally near the Castle, Cathedral or places frequented by the famous author Charles Dickens, or you live in the more rural outposts such as Hoo, Cliffe, Cliffe Woods and High Halstow, we can provide care to you. We have strategically recruited our CareGivers from locations within easy reach of some of the more rural parts of Rochester, to ensure your needs are achievable. Regardless of your care needs, we can reach you.

Situated next to the City of Rochester, Strood benefits from excellent road links to all parts of the town. This makes it easy for our CareGivers travelling in from Chatham and rural Rochester, to reach all parts of Strood to give you and your loved ones the care you require.
