Kiah Grant

I was born in South London and have lived in Kent for most of my life. My background includes a variety of people-focused roles, from supervising teams to progressing through a Management Trainee position. I’ve always thrived in fast-paced environments where people and purpose come first.

When I discovered Right at Home Medway, their values really struck a chord with me. Especially the focus on consistent, person-centred care that genuinely makes a difference. Joining the team felt like a natural step. I knew I wanted to be part of an organisation that truly puts people first, and I’m proud to help grow a team of Care Assistants who genuinely care.

In my role, I manage all things marketing and recruitment. From creating meaningful content across our social media pages to helping bring our local community events to life. Whether it’s sharing stories that matter or finding the perfect Care Assistant, I love making an impact.

Outside of work, I’m a big music lover and foodie. Carpool karaoke is a must on long drives, and I’m always planning the next great meal out with friends and family
