I was born and raised in Kent, and I’ve proudly been part of the Right at Home Medway family for several years. After working closely with our Clients and gaining hands-on experience as a Care Assistant, I recently stepped into my new role as on of the in-house trainers.

Training has always been something I’m passionate about, and now I have the privilege of supporting our Care Assistants as they grow in confidence and skills. My job is to make sure everyone who joins our team is equipped to deliver the kind of care we’d want for our own loved ones—compassionate, person-centred, and always going the extra mile.

It’s incredibly rewarding to help shape a team that shares the same values and commitment to quality care. I love what I do, and I’m proud to play a part in maintaining the high standards our Clients and their families can rely on.

I’ve lived in the Medway towns all my life, and I feel proud to support people in the community I call home. My career began in fashion, where I worked as a merchandiser for the designer brand Joseph, travelling across the country to stores such as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Harrods.

After starting my family, I wanted a career that gave me both work-life balance and the chance to make a real difference. That’s when I joined Right at Home Medway in 2018. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, including Senior Care Assistant and Care Coordinator, before moving into my current position as Trainer. I love supporting new Care Assistants, sharing my knowledge, and seeing them grow in confidence.

For me, the most rewarding part of my role is spending time with our Clients. Listening to their stories, building trust, and knowing I’ve made their day a little brighter.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking my puppy Luna, reading self-development books, and going on family holidays. Travelling together and making memories is something I really treasure, with Florida being our next adventure!
