Ian Finney

General Business Manager

Ian's main duties are financial management, recruitment and community engagement.

Ian joined the Right at Home team in June 2025 over in our sister branch, Right at Home South Cheshire. Ian started as a Field Care Supervisor, then progressed to Care Coordinator and finally joined the Mid Cheshire team as General Business Manager in June 2026.

Prior to joining Right at Home, Ian worked for a number of different care providers, including a residential care home. In a previous life he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant!

Ian's key responsibilities include:

• Recruitment of Care Professionals across Mid Cheshire
• Onboarding of new Care Professionals
• Ongoing Care Professionals Support & Supervision
• Induction 
• Finance/Financial Management
• Community Engagement
