We are looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead our service, develop our team and help us continue to raise the standard of care we provide.

Already a Registered Manager? Great. But if you're an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator ready to step up, we'd really like to hear from you too.

You won't be taking that next step alone. If you are new to registration, support is available throughout the CQC registration process and as you develop into the role.

The role

You will lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring our Clients receive safe, high-quality and personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Leading, motivating and developing the care and office teams

·        Maintaining high standards of quality and CQC compliance

·        Overseeing recruitment, induction and retention of Care Assistants

·        Ensuring effective rota planning and safe coverage of Client visits

·        Overseeing Client reviews, support plans, risk assessments and internal audits

·        Monitoring performance and reporting key measures to the Director

·        Identifying opportunities to continuously improve the service

·        Supporting the sustainable growth of the business

·        Participating in the on-call rota

 

About you

You may already be a Registered Manager, or you could be an experienced Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator or similar care professional who is ready to progress.

You will need:

 

·        Experience within the care sector, ideally homecare

·        Experience of leading, supervising or developing people

·        A good understanding of CQC requirements and quality standards

·        Strong communication and organisational skills

·        A positive, proactive approach to leadership and continuous improvement

·        A relevant Level 5 qualification, or be working towards one

·        To already have the right to work full-time in the UK

·        A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel within the Mid Cheshire area
