Brigeth joined Right at Home Oxford with a passion for creativity, communication, and bringing people together. After studying Digital Media Production at Oxford Brookes University, she developed valuable experience in marketing, event coordination, and content creation through her work as a Student Ambassador and volunteering with university societies.

At Right at Home Oxford, Brigeth combines her creative skills with her passion for community engagement to help raise awareness of the services we provide and celebrate the positive impact our team has on clients, families, and the wider community. Through storytelling, events, and digital content, she enjoys creating meaningful connections and helping people feel supported and included.

What stood out to Brigeth about Right at Home Oxford was the genuine care shown towards clients, families, and the community. She was inspired by a company that values independence, compassion, and making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Brigeth believes everyone deserves to feel welcomed, valued, and supported. She is passionate about helping people find their community and ensuring that the work of our clients, CareGivers, and team members is recognised and celebrated.

Originally from a Spanish and Ecuadorian background, Brigeth has lived in different places throughout her life. These experiences have shaped her belief that home is not just a place, but the people and connections that surround us.

Outside of work, Brigeth enjoys creative activities such as painting, crafts, and singing. She also loves exploring new places, learning new things, playing squash, enjoying board games, and spending time with her family and friends. A fun fact about Brigeth is that she won Best Director and Best Writer in an international film competition for a short horror film she created with friends, which also achieved second place overall.
