Registered Manager

Louisa joined Right at Home Oxford as our Registered Manager, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the care sector, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Louisa began her career in healthcare administration within the NHS before moving into the charity sector, where she managed services supporting people with mental health needs. She later progressed into Learning Disabilities services, working as both a Registered Manager and Area Manager, always focusing on person-centred care and helping people live fulfilling, independent lives.

What first stood out to Louisa about Right at Home Oxford was the genuine compassion shown by the team. She is proud to be part of a CQC Outstanding-rated organisation and is passionate about maintaining the high standards of care that make a real difference to clients and their families.

For Louisa, care is more than a profession — it is personal. Supporting her younger sister throughout her life shaped her values and inspired her commitment to helping others receive the same kindness, dignity, and support.

Outside of work, Louisa enjoys spending time outdoors, walking her dogs, and being with her family.
