Right at Home Oxford Brings Care Team Together for Bi-Monthly Staff Meeting

This week, our dedicated carers joined the Oxford office team for our bi-monthly staff meeting – an opportunity to reflect on recent successes, discuss important updates and strengthen the collaborative culture that underpins everything we do.

Working Together to Deliver Outstanding Care

The meeting covered a range of topics focused on maintaining the highest standards of homecare while supporting our growing team.

We shared updates on our continued expansion across Oxfordshire, including the growth of our live-in care and domiciliary care services, as well as exciting developments to improve the systems and technology we use to support both clients and carers.

Our team also revisited key areas of best practice, including safeguarding, professional boundaries, care planning, medication management and documentation. These discussions help ensure that every member of our team remains confident, informed and equipped to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care.

An important part of the meeting was hearing directly from our carers. They shared valuable feedback on scheduling, travel times, client visits and everyday challenges faced in the community. By listening to these experiences, we can continue improving the way we support both our staff and the people we care for.

One of the highlights of the afternoon was recognising members of our team who have gone above and beyond in their roles.

We were delighted to celebrate our recent Carers of the Month, recognise work anniversaries and present special awards to colleagues whose dedication, professionalism and compassion have made a meaningful difference to the lives of our clients.

Their commitment reflects the values that define Right at Home Oxford, and we are incredibly proud of every member of our team.
