Chair-Based Exercise Sessions – October Recap
Staying active is one of the most effective ways to maintain independence, strength, and overall wellbeing. That is why Right at Home Oxford continues to host our chair-based exercise sessions, offering a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for gentle physical activity within the local community.
These sessions are particularly beneficial for older adults and those who may prefer low-impact exercise, as they help improve mobility, balance, and confidence, all while remaining seated. Just as importantly, they provide an opportunity to connect with others, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and build a sense of community.
Our trained and friendly team understands that everyone moves at their own pace. Whether you are looking to build strength, regain confidence after a period of illness, or simply enjoy some social interaction, you will be warmly welcomed and supported every step of the way.
