Right at Home Oxford had a wonderful time at the Dementia Oxfordshire Winter Fayre 2025.

We are proud to support Dementia Oxfordshire and the incredible work they do within our community, helping and empowering people living with dementia and their families. It was a pleasure to take part in such a meaningful event and to connect with other local businesses and organisations who are equally committed to supporting vulnerable people across Oxford.

Events like this provide a valuable opportunity to build strong community relationships, share knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve better outcomes for those we support every day. We thoroughly enjoyed being part of such a warm and welcoming environment and look forward to supporting many more events like this in the future.

At Right at Home Oxford, we understand how important it is for people to stay connected to their local community and continue enjoying everything Oxford has to offer.

That is why we are passionate about supporting our Clients to take part in local events whenever possible. For some, attending community events can become more difficult due to mobility challenges, changes in health, or a lack of confidence. With the right support, however, these moments can be enjoyed once again.

For example, we recently supported a Client to attend a local seasonal event that they had always enjoyed in the past but had not been able to visit for some time. With assistance from our Care Team, they were able to attend comfortably and safely, reconnect with familiar surroundings, and enjoy the atmosphere once more. Experiences like this can make a significant difference, helping to restore confidence and bring a renewed sense of joy and belonging.

For us, care is about more than providing support at home. It is about empowering people to continue living life on their own terms and staying connected to the activities and traditions that matter most to them.
