What a fantastic team meeting we had today!

Celebrating Our Team and Carers of the Month in Oxford

We recently held our quarterly team meeting, bringing together the entire Right at Home Oxford team to reflect on our work, share new ideas, and celebrate the dedication of our staff.

The meeting was held at our office in Oxfordshire, at the heart of the community we serve. It provided a valuable opportunity to review our work over the past period and discuss ongoing developments. We also recognised key achievements, including Carer of the Month and Longevity Awards, while reinforcing our shared commitment to delivering high quality care within the local community. It was a great chance for everyone to connect, collaborate, and support one another as a team.

The meeting also included seasonal touches, we enjoyed a lovely lunch together, and as the meeting took place just before Easter, it was also a wonderful opportunity to present Easter eggs to our valued Carers. We hope everyone enjoys them and has a peaceful Easter.

A highlight of the meeting was recognising our Carers of the Month. We are delighted to congratulate:

Carer of the Month (February): Kundai
Carer of the Month (March): Patricia

Both Kundai and Patricia have demonstrated outstanding dedication, compassion, and professionalism in their roles. Their commitment makes a meaningful difference to the lives of our Clients every day, and we are incredibly grateful for their hard work.

We would also like to emphasise that this recognition reflects the strength of our entire team. Every one of our Carers plays a vital role in supporting our Clients, and we sincerely thank all team members for their continued effort, kindness, and commitment.

Following the meeting, we feel even more motivated and united in our dedication to providing the highest standard of care and support across Oxford and the surrounding areas.
