Right at Home Oxford Awarded 5-Star Employer Status for 2 Consecutive Year

We are proud to announce that Right at Home Oxford has been awarded the 5-star Employer Award for the 2nd consecutive year. This accolade comes as a result of the network’s annual anonymised Care Team Survey, conducted by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.
This year, our dedicated Care Team participated in the Satisfaction Survey. Highlights from the report include:
- 100% of Carers are proud to work for Right at Home
- 100% of Carers agreed Right at Home is an inclusive place to work
- 93% of Carers agreed they are clear about what is expected of them in their role
- 93% of Carers would recommend Right at Home as a great place to work
Right at Home Oxford said the following regarding these fantastic results:

In addition to the Care Team Survey, Right at Home conducts an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to ensure continuous improvement in our services. This year, our valued Clients from Right at Home Oxford participated, with some exceptional results:
- 100% of Clients agreed our Carer Team treat them with respect and dignity
- 100% of Clients would recommend Right at Home
- 95% of Clients said our Care Team have an excellent understanding of their care needs
- 95% of Clients agreed our Care Team respond effectively when their needs or wishes change
- 90% of Clients said our Care Team provide care and support which allows them to be as independent as possible

These results are especially meaningful as they come directly from our carers and clients, reflecting the dedication of our team and the trust we have built.
Right at Home UK has also been recognised as a 5-star Employer for the eighth consecutive year. A total of 1,865 care professionals from across the network participated in the survey, with 44 Right at Home offices across the UK achieving this status.
