Last week, MP for Havant Alan Mak visited our office for a joint celebration of our 10th years – his in office and ours as a local business.
He also caught up with team members Mark and Becky, who both joined Right at Home Havant & Petersfield after meeting Duncan at Alan's 2017 Havant Jobs, Apprenticeships and Careers Fair

Meaningful Work and Strong Culture Keep Our Team Going
Chatting over a cup of tea, they spoke about the next Careers Fair scheduled for October, and Alan asked Mark and Becky what has kept them at Right at Home for nine years. They both agreed that it's our culture, our clients, and the meaningful work they do. Mark said he wishes he'd discovered the care sector much earlier, “If I'd known how rewarding it was, I would have joined years ago!”

As conversations turned to the upcoming Careers Fair in October, it was clear that this commitment to people—both clients and colleagues—remains at the heart of everything we do at Right at Home.
