Hi, I'm Lucy, the Care Coordinator at Right at Home Southampton. I worked as a Transport Manager for 10 years for a large retailer. Combining my experience in Logistics with Scheduling, I’ve joined Right at Home to make a difference to the community. I make sure that the Clients get their Care on the days and times that they require.

I enjoy building positive relationships with both our Clients and Care Assistants, helping to ensure everyone feels supported and valued. Seeing care delivered smoothly and making a difference in people's daily lives is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
