Celebrating Our Team
Our team had a great reason to celebrate in September after attending the Right at Home Celebration Awards 2026.
We received two awards on the night:
Marketing Excellence Award
Making a Difference Award, Individual
The awards recognised two very different parts of our work, from the marketing we do locally to the support our team provides to Clients.

Our Marketing Team Recognised Again
We received the Marketing Excellence Award for the second year running.
The award recognises offices that have kept up regular marketing activity and have taken a proactive approach to building their local presence.
A lot goes into this work. Alongside our social media and website, we share local news, write useful information for families, attend community events and keep looking for ways to stay connected with people across Southampton and the surrounding area.
It is great to have that work recognised. Our marketing gives us a way to let local families know more about the support available and also share some of the things happening within our team.
Making a Difference Through Person-Centred Care
The second award was the Making a Difference Award, Individual.
This recognised the support provided to a young man who receives care from our team.
The care and support he has received has helped reduce his hospital admissions and has also helped him get out and enjoy more activities.
These changes are important because care is not just about helping someone with their daily needs. It is also about supporting them to do the things they enjoy and helping them have more choice in their everyday life.
The award also recognises the Care Assistants and wider team members who support him. Their work has helped make these positive changes possible. This is an award that our team are incredibly proud of, making a huge difference to someone’s life – and being picked out of more than 5000 other stories – we are the ones making the most incredible difference! A real tearjerker for sure, and something that will live with us forever.

A Thank You to Everyone Involved
Thank you to Amy and Kev and to everyone across the team for the work they put in every day.
Our Care Assistants are a big part of this, supporting Clients in their own homes, while our office team helps keep everything running behind the scenes.
It was lovely to have everyone together and have the chance to celebrate the work that often happens quietly every day.
Looking Forward
We will take the time to enjoy these awards, but our focus stays the same.
We want to continue providing good quality homecare and supporting Clients and their families across Southampton, Totton and the New Forest.
