Molly Robson

Team Leader

I am proud to be the Team Leader at Right at Home Swindon. I joined this incredible team back in 2020, starting as a Caregiver with no prior experience in the field. Right At Home Swindon provided me with comprehensive training and unwavering support, and I was warmly embraced by my colleagues who offered tremendous assistance throughout my transition.

From the very beginning, my passion for working in the community, especially in the comfort of clients' homes, became evident. I'm dedicated to enabling clients to maintain their independence and safety while providing the support they need. In 2022, I achieved my Level 3 qualification, marking a significant milestone in my journey, and seamlessly transitioned into the role of Team Leader.

As a Team Leader, my responsibilities extend beyond providing vital support to clients. I play a crucial role in mentoring and supervising Right at Home Caregivers, offering them the guidance and support they require to excel in their roles. I work closely with all of my colleagues to assess the unique needs of both existing and new clients, crafting personalised care plans that prioritise individual well-being.

My commitment to personal and professional growth is evident, and with the full support of the Right at Home Swindon team, I've now attained my Level 4 qualification, further enriching my expertise. Outside of work, I prioritise my well-being by frequenting a local gym, recognising the importance of exercise as a means to unwind. Additionally, I cherish quality moments with my family and friends.

The ethos of the Right at Home team is encapsulated in a commitment to dedication, compassion, and ongoing improvement, making me an invaluable asset in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our clients.
