How the Raffle Works
Every month, caregivers earn entries into the raffle by demonstrating the kind of dedication that makes Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole's service truly outstanding. Rafle entries could bea erned when someone picks up additional care visits at short notice – perhaps if a colleague is unexpectedly required stay longer with another client is unwell - or if a carer has received particularly positive feedback from a client or family member or simply because they’ve showin exceptional compassion during challenging care situations. Founder Owner of Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole, Andrew Davis, explains the philosophy behind this initiative: "We treat our carers well, pay them properly and give them plenty of training and development opportunities, not only because it's the right thing to do but also because it means we have a committed, happy, professional team who genuinely go the extra mile for our Clients."

Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole has run its carer raffle since July 2022 and it is part of our broader approach to staff wellbeing. Along with competitive pay rates, regular training, career development opportunities, travel time pay as well as additional benefits including monthly bonuses, the Blue Light Card funded by the firm for all and a mobile phone allowances, the aim is that the raffle helps carers feel genuinely valued.

These accolades reflect not just excellent client care, but a workplace culture that always looks to prioritise staff satisfaction and recognition.
