We've been recognised for our amazing service, being named as one of the top 20 Home Care providers for 2025 in the South West of England by leading national independent review website, homecare.co.uk
The award was based on our reviews from the people we care for, their friends and relatives. Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole's impressive recommendation score on homecare.co.uk is 10 out of 10, with 64 reviews.
Some of the fantastically supportive words in those reviews include a client's daughter who wrote earlier this year that "Mum was very apprehensive [and] she now really enjoys their daily visits ... Their care & understanding of Mum gives huge peace of mind to both me (living 2 hours away) & my sister who lives in America."
Another very generous review included the following praise, "it was a pleasure to welcome the carers into our home to take a load from our shoulders for a couple of hours a day ... The company's systems and the management team's responsiveness (to SMS or calls) just fed the overall feeling that we were in safe hands. I cannot compliment them highly enough nor can I recommend them more than I do to others in the same situation as ourselves."
