Glowing praise from clients and carers reinforces 5 Star Employer Award

Caring, compassionate and client-focused
‘Caring’, ‘compassionate’ and ‘client-focused’ Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole has once again received five stars from its carers and clients.
The homecare provider received overwhelmingly positive feedback in anonymised carer and client satisfaction surveys, administered by independent research company WorkBuzz, which has awarded Right at Home Bournemouth & Poole the 5 Star Employer Award for a fourth consecutive year..
The annual survey revealed high levels of satisfaction across care quality, staff support and training, with clients praising the kindness and professionalism of carers, with caregivers highlighting a workplace culture built on teamwork, recognition and shared values.
This year’s result included a 100% client response rate, while 94% of carers said they would recommend Right at Home’s services to someone needing care, and 92% said they are proud to work for the organisation. Carers also awarded a 100% satisfaction score for initial training and support, alongside strong ratings for leadership, development and inclusion.
Client feedback highlights compassion and peace of mind
Feedback from clients and their families reflected a strong sense of trust and reassurance, with many comments praising the relationship formed between carers and clients.
One client shared:
“I feel safe and well looked after by all my carers. They are kind and considerate and competent… Having their support allows me to live my life as independently as possible.”
A family member commented:
“The carers are consistent and really know mum as a person. They are kind and caring and give a service that not only meets her care and health needs, but also offers a much-valued companionship and social contact.”
Another respondent described the service as ‘100% supportive’, praising the team for placing loved ones at the centre of care and improving quality of life.
Across the survey, clients repeatedly described the service as ‘reliable’, ‘professional’ and ‘responsive’, while several families highlighted the peace of mind they feel knowing loved ones are safe and well cared for. One family member even described the team as ‘like family’ and said: “You could not wish for better people.”.

Carers praise supportive and rewarding workplace
Positive feedback was equally reflected among caregivers, who described Right at Home Bournemouth & Poole as ‘supportive’, ‘team-focused’ and ‘rewarding’.
Carers highlighted strong training and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in clients’ lives.
One carer commented:
“I have never worked for a company before that cared so much about clients and staff. I’m proud to work for Right at Home.”
Another said:
“I strongly believe that Right at Home is the best company I have worked for, I would and have recommended Right at Home to many people.”
Carers reflected on the everyday impact of care work, describing pride in helping clients maintain independence, companionship and connection to the outside world.
