The award was based on our reviews from the people they care for, their friends and relatives. Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh currently has an impressive recommendation score on homecare.co.uk of 10 out of 10, with 56 reviews as of 31 May 2025.

We opened the business eleven years ago with the aim of providing high-quality care services and job roles for people in the areas of Brentwood, Billericay, Basildon, Wickford, Hutton, Rayleigh, West Horndon, Benfleet and the surrounding areas.

We offer highly personalised care services that are aimed at enabling adults to enjoy their independence and continue living safely in their own homes, whilst receiving discreet support that is tailored to meet their personal choices and needs. Our offering ranges from personal care and companionship to respite care and live-in care.

Communication between family and Carers/office staff was very good and the ability to use an app to view details of each visit was invaluable. We felt that Right at Home was an extension of family and that they often went above and beyond for Clients and families.
