We’re Proud to Be Awarded the 5-Star Employer Award for the Fourth Year Running

We’re delighted to share that Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh has been awarded the 5-Star Employer Award for the fourth consecutive year, following the results of our annual anonymised Carer Satisfaction Survey. The survey is independently carried out by WorkBuzz*, a leading employee engagement specialist.

This year, 91% of our Carers took part in the survey, and we achieved a 96% engagement score (advocacy). We’re proud to share some of the key results:

• 100% of our Carers would recommend Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh as a great place to work.
• 100% of our Carers agreed that they are clear about what is expected of them in their role.
• 100% of our Carers agreed they have good relationships with other team members.
• 95% of our Carers believe their role gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

We also carry out an annual Client Satisfaction Survey, which helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. This year, nineteen Clients and families took part and gave us outstanding feedback:

• 100% said our Carers make them feel safe when they visit.
• 100% said our Carers have an excellent understanding of their care needs.
• 100% said we help them remain as independent as possible.
• 100% said they would recommend Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh.
