Alison Taylor

Registered Manager, Right at Home Bristol

I started my journey in care in 2000, I had previously been working as a customer services manager and whilst I enjoyed the role: I felt there was something missing.

In 2000 I was given the opportunity to work in the care industry as a caregiver in the community and I realised quite quickly that this is where my passion lay.

Over the last 23 years I have worked in varying roles in the care sector, and I am now the Registered Manager with Right at Home in Bristol.

The reason I do my job is because of the immense sense of satisfaction I get from ensuring all our clients can remain, safely, in their own homes, which ultimately, is where they want to be.

I have a fantastic team to support me in my role and we have worked tirelessly together to get to where we are today.

I was very recently awarded Right at Home Registered manager of the year which is a huge privilege and a testament to the great work we do at Right at home Bristol.
