Live-in Manager, Right at Home Bristol

I have a background in retail management and media sales. My first role in care began as part of a Personal Assistant team supporting a friend’s family member. I quickly discovered how rewarding the role was and grew very close to the family, which inspired me to pursue a long-term career in the care sector.

I then moved into community home care, where I gained valuable experience supporting people in their own homes. After several years, I transitioned into a role as a Wellbeing and Events Coordinator for a trust in Bristol. I thoroughly enjoyed this position as it allowed me to combine my creativity and care, planning events and special occasions while supporting individuals to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

I am now very fortunate to be the Manager of Live-in Care for Right at Home in Bristol, where I support clients who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes with the help of our dedicated carers who are on hand 24/7. A particularly rewarding part of my role is building relationships not only with our clients, but also with their families and friends.
