SCHEDULER (Trainee or experienced)

At Right at Home, we offer person centred care which enables our customers to maintain their lifestyle in their own home. Our Full Time Scheduler role will involve a range of tasks related to scheduling and coordinating care services. Key responsibilities include:

*Creating staff schedules: Organizing the schedule of home care staff to ensure optimal service delivery.

*Coordinating with clients: Identifying and accommodating the care needs of clients.

*Maintaining accurate records: Keeping up-to-date records of patient care and services delivered.

*Communicating with clients: Ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and caregivers.

*Managing care visits: Ensuring care visits are covered when staff are unable to work due to sickness or other reasons.

*Care schedulers play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of home care services, ensuring that the needs of both caregivers and patients are met. They need to possess a variety of skills and qualifications to effectively manage the scheduling and coordination of care services.

*Being part of our On-Call team including some evenings and weekends.

*Delivering home care where needed to fit with our team

Person Specification:

·To be a kind and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing the highest standards of care

-Preferable scheduling experience, but not necessary

-Organised and a team player

-Basic IT skills

 

Key Requirements:

·Full Driving license

·Have access to a vehicle

·A satisfactory enhanced DBS check, which we will apply for on your behalf

·Have a flexible approach to your working hours

·To participate in on-call duties as part of a large team

·Basic IT skills desirable
