Having lived with his grandmother during her final moments, Darshan decided to join the care sector in order to deliver Care his grandmother would be proud of.
My team and I are committed to improving the quality of life for our Clients and enabling them to live safely and happily in their own homes. That’s why we recruit and provide best-in class training to CareGivers with a genuine passion for helping people in our local community. All of our CareGivers are DBS vetted, live locally, speak, read, and write English fluently, and are trained to the highest standards. Prior to any visits starting, we always match our CareGivers to our Clients and share one-page profiles of one another as we feel it is essential both parties feel comfortable and well-suited.
Our preferred visits are a minimum of one hour, so time can be given to provide high quality person-centred care that isn’t rushed, with an ethos that is driven by positive outcomes rather than simply by need.
