Senior Client Experience Coordinator
As a Senior Client Experience Coordinator at Right at Home, I’m responsible for overseeing the smooth running of care operations, from scheduling visits and supporting caregivers to ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality care tailored to their needs. My role allows me to connect with both clients and caregivers daily, making sure everyone feels valued and supported.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and working in care has allowed me to make a real difference in people’s lives. I was recommended to join Right at Home by a former colleague, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The team’s values, compassion, and genuine commitment to providing excellent care truly align with my own.
I love knowing that the work we do has a positive impact on people’s daily lives. Supporting clients to live safely and independently, while also guiding our caregivers to grow and feel confident in their roles, is incredibly rewarding. Every day brings new challenges, but also so many meaningful moments.
I’ve worked in the care industry since the age of 18, gaining experience across a range of roles both in the office and out in the field. My background includes working in care homes and supporting individuals across different age groups and needs. This variety has given me a strong understanding of what great care looks like from every perspective.
In my spare time, I love reading and spending time outdoors. I really enjoy exploring new places and challenging myself, this year, I even climbed a mountain!
To me, excellent care is about treating every person with kindness, dignity, and respect. It means taking the time to listen, understand, and provide support that truly reflects everyone’s preferences and personality. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference, and that’s what I strive for every day.
