Kemi Oyeyebi

I am the Complex Care Clinical Lead, overseeing the clinical aspects of care provided to our complex care clients. My role involves ensuring high standards of safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting both clients and care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes. 

I have always been passionate about touching people’s lives and making a positive difference, whether through small acts of support or life-changing interventions. Joining Right at Home gave me the opportunity to continue delivering compassionate, high-quality care while helping individuals maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life within their own homes. 

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to positively impact the lives of many clients and their families. It is incredibly rewarding to know that the care and support we provide can improve someone’s wellbeing, confidence, and overall quality of life. 

I am a qualified nurse with a background in critical care within acute healthcare settings, as well as complex care within the community. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients who have a wide range of health needs, delivering holistic care and advocating on their behalf with members of their multidisciplinary team (MDT) and the Integrated Care Board (ICB). My experience has strengthened my passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. 

Outside of work, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with people and continuously learning new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally. I also value spending quality time with family and creating positive memories with loved ones. 

Excellent care means treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and respect while delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred support. It is about listening to clients, understanding their unique needs, and empowering them to live fulfilling lives with independence and confidence.
