As Registered Manager, I am responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, performance, and growth of the business. I lead and develop both the office and care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant care while also driving sustainable growth and strong financial performance.

I am a confident leader with strong commercial awareness, able to set clear expectations and ensure systems, people, and performance are aligned as the business scales. With a keen eye for detail and a strong business mindset, I am committed to developing and growing a homecare service that delivers excellence at every level. I am focused, flexible, and determined to achieve operational goals and support the service in reaching its full potential.

I have always had a passion for helping people live fulfilling, independent lives. When I learned about Right at Home’s person-centred approach and strong values, I immediately felt it was the right fit for me. I wanted to be part of a team that genuinely puts people first and makes a meaningful difference every day.

I love seeing the difference our care makes every single day—whether it’s a smile from a Client or a Carer who feels supported and valued. Watching people grow in confidence and independence is incredibly rewarding.

I began my career as a Carer and have progressed through various supervisory and coordination roles. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in care planning, compliance, and team leadership. Each role has helped shape my understanding of what truly outstanding care looks like.

I enjoy spending time with my family and love seeing my two grandsons whenever I can. Family time is very special to me and helps me recharge after a busy week.
