Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager

I create strategic partnerships and opportunities with a variety of businesses, charities and health organisations within the local communities we are based. These range from organising events, promoting our services, charity fundraisers and supporting businesses that supply goods and services to our vast array of clients. I am responsible to improve brand visibility, helping us reach clients that need our award winning care packages.  

I have worked within the voluntary sector for over 20yrs, and during that time I was a project manager of an older peoples charity, which I enjoyed immensely, and always wished to go back into working with and supporting vulnerable older people. I am inspired to work with older and vulnerable people as I care about high quality care, providing needed services and improving people’s health and wellbeing, so they live longer and happier lives.

Being given the opportunity to work with a passionate hard-working team and creating meaningful partnerships and opportunities locally to improve awareness of our brand and services to help a variety of older and vulnerable people.

I have been a CEO of an award-winning local community charity; I have been a trustee on various boards and forums ranging from working with the MET Police to giving advice on the Ageing Better forum and judging art installations in a large housing development. I have an art degree, and worked as a graphic designer for several years, I use my creative thinking skills in my day-to-day work.

I am a member of the London Creative Singers Choir, and I have been a backing singer for a professional singer and performed at Lambeth Palace and other venues.

Listening to the clients needs, interests and wants, then providing these with empathy, kindness and attention to detail. Being truthful, consistent and on time. Putting the client’s needs first and improving their health and wellbeing. Keeping up with latest professional training and trends, so that you can be the best at your job.
