I joined Right at Home in 2025 as Compliance Support, where I work alongside the Registered Manager to promote high standards of care and regulatory compliance. I’m passionate about supporting the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality, and person-centred care that enables people to live independently in their own homes.

I’m currently studying for a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care to further develop my knowledge and skills. I take pride in being organised, detail-oriented and proactive, and am always looking for ways to enhance quality and improve outcomes.

Working in the care sector is incredibly rewarding. What I enjoy most about my role is helping to create the best possible experience for both our service users and Caregivers.  I’m proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive difference every day.
