1.    Get in Touch

From the moment you get in touch, our warm and experienced team is here to support you. We’ll start with a relaxed chat over the phone to learn about your needs, preferences, and daily routine.

 

2.    We Will Come and Meet You

When you're ready, we’ll arrange a home visit so we can get to know you better in person. This visit usually takes about two hours and helps us create a care plan that’s truly tailored to you. - Be assured there is no obligation at this time if you change your mind.

Your personalised plan might include companionship, personal care, help around the house, or support with your favourite hobbies – it’s whatever you want it to be to make your life that little bit easier and a lot more enjoyable. Read more about our services.

 

3.    Your Personalised Plan Is Delivered

Every one of our Clients receives a detailed, personalised care plan that’s built around their unique needs. These plans are living documents, regularly updated to reflect any changes in care or preferences. Because we use an electronic system, we can make updates quickly and easily—so your care stays flexible, responsive, and always up to date.

 

4.    Ready When You Are!

Once your care plan is ready and agreed by you, we’ll arrange a start date that works for you. We know the early days are really important, so we keep a close eye on how things are going to make sure everything’s settling in well. Our team stays in close contact with you and your family, keeping things clear, open, and responsive.

To make things even easier, we offer access to our online system, where you can see visit times, schedules, and who’s coming to support you. It’s all about giving you peace of mind and keeping everything transparent.

 

5.    Continuing Care That Is Tailored To You….

Our commitment to quality care doesn’t end once things are up and running—we’re with you every step of the way. We regularly review your support package and make adjustments as your needs change, thanks to our easy-to-use electronic care system.
