And this month's winner of the GEM (Going the Extra Mile) award goes to...
wait for it...
Tripta!!!
We are so delighted to see her win our GEM award this month (pictured with her certificate and Amazon vouchers).
Like so many of our CareGivers, Tripta was not from a care background, yet was fully trained by us.
Always smiling, always positive, she can not do enough for our Clients, and their feedback has been overwhelmingly excellent.
But it doesn't stop there, as it is also our staff who provide input, and nominate each other for each GEM award, a testament to Trpta's excellent work.
Very well done Tripta, and here's to many more great years working together.
