Right at Home Medway has been crowned Employer of the Year in Network’s annual Celebration Awards

Right at Home Medway the number one local homecare provider (www.homecare.co.uk) is celebrating after picking up the prestigious Employer of the Year title (50+ Staff) at the network’s annual Celebration Awards.

The national awards ceremony took place at The Hilton, St George’s Park in Burton-on-Trent with over 200 members from the Right at Home UK network on Thursday 28 September. The ceremony recognises and celebrates the achievements of franchises and employees who have gone above and beyond to make a difference in Clients’ lives and their local communities.

Upon receiving the award, Right at Home Medway was praised for its attention to detail in the award entry, providing a clear Return on Investment.  Judges were impressed with Medway’s incredible reduction in time to hire and loved their positive attitude towards recruitment and retention. It was clear, Right at Home Medway has a relentless approach to implementing new recruitment methods and strategies.

The award win concludes a fantastic year for Right at Home Medway who also achieved a milestone award in recognition of their growth during the past twelve months.

Right at Home Medway, which has a Good rating from the CQC, provides care and support to people living in their own homes, predominantly in Medway and extending to surrounding areas.  It currently supports more than 65 Clients and employs a team of 61 CareGivers. Services range from companionship, home help and personal care to specialist dementia care and live-in care services.
